Due to the advanced planning required for event operations, including athlete SWAG purchases, participant packet preparation, and race start list coordination, at this time all event registrations are final. Once an entry is submitted, resources and commitments are made on behalf of each participant. Therefore, no refunds, credits, transfers, or deferrals of entry fees will be issued for any reason, including injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
